 | At the first run the application will ask to define first car.
To use this application minimum one car must be defined.
After filling in all required fields and pressing accept
button, the car will be saved.
You can add more cars definitions. Only one car can be active at the same time.
If you go back
without saving at this stage it will end the application. |
 | To change the active car you need to simply tap on chosen one on the list of cars available.
The indicator will appear. |
 | This is the main screen of application.
Here you can see what car is currently selected, what reminders are ongoing and navigate to
the rest part of application.
You can go to the:
- cars list
- fuel list
- operations list
- or change the applications settings

 | This form is to keep track of the fuel tanks and presents the list of existing records.
New records button
will display fuel entry form.
There are also Statistics
and chart
available.
Chart requires minimum two fuel records with different dates.
You can narrow displayed records by using filter option
.
When defined it must by enabled to take effect
.
Clicking at the record will perform an action according to the mode:
- edition mode
- deletion mode

 | Operations define all expenditures regarding the active car.
Filtering them by operation type may show interesting information about the spendings done.
List of operations form is functionally similar to the fuel list.
Reminders
are dependant on data stored as operations. |
 | Reminders can be defined to pop up on the main screen of application when an event is coming soon.
When reminder appears on the main screen you can tap it and the new operation entry will show up -
with predefined values according to the reminder. |
 | Settings panel allows to perform export/import operation and tune up the application.
However there is only one option available now. |
 | This application can export stored data into text files.
It saves them in the main DriveShaft folder and works for the currently selected car.
Import option is also available.
This is advised to be very cautious during this operation because all data for selected
section will be deleted first.
The best practice before import function is perform the export to see the data formatting.
